Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Vestcube. By creating an account you agree to them. If you’re agreeing on behalf of a handyman business or company, you confirm you’re authorised to do so.

The service

Vestcube provides job management, client bookings, quoting, invoicing, and business tools for independent tradespeople and handymen. We work hard to keep it available and improving, but we provide it “as is” and may add, change or remove features.

Your account

• Keep your login details secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You own your content — your menu, photos, branding and customer records. You grant us only the licence needed to host and display it as part of the service.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Vestcube to break the law, infringe others’ rights, send spam, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform. We may suspend accounts that do.

Plans and payment

• The Starter plan is free. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, with no setup fee.
• No commission: we never take a percentage of your bookings or orders.
• You can cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the period already paid for. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Orders and bookings

Contracts for jobs and quotes are between the client and the tradesperson. Vestcube is the technology that facilitates them; we’re not a party to them and aren’t responsible for the work, quality or delivery.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Vestcube isn’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account any time. We may suspend or end access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms. You can export your data before leaving.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts.
